How to get your own bespoke wallpaper

Step 1 — Initial consultation

We discuss your brief, preferences, measurements,
and possible options using real references and examples.

Janara considers colors, surroundings, lighting, lines,
joints, brand guidelines (for companies), and other details
to achieve an outstanding result.

This allows us to fully align on style and all project aspects.

Timeline: usually immediately or within 1–2 days.

Step 2 — First design development

Hello! This is Janara Jones.

At this stage the magic begins.
I have been creating visual magic (designs and artworks)
for over 15 years, including 5 years in print production.

You can’t imagine how inspiring it is
to create something truly unique for my clients.

At this stage I develop the concept and visualizations.
If needed, I adapt them to your brand identity and discuss them with you.

Step 3 — Design revisions

You request changes → the designer updates the layout until you love it.

Timeline: up to 1 week for all revisions (usually less).

Step 4 — Sample printing and finalizing the design

Once the design is approved, we print wallpaper sample (40*40 cm) to check the quality in order to move further in process.

You can evaluate colors and material before final printing
and request changes if needed.

Sample printing time: 1–2 days (within total print timeline).

Step 5 — On-site measurements

Site visit in Dubai for accurate measurements and coordination of seams, proportions, lines, and connections to prevent any visual discontinuity.

For orders outside Dubai, we provide self-measurement guidelines.

Timeline: 1 day by appointment.

Step 6 — Final wallpaper printing

Final wallpaper printing under Janara’s supervision.
She personally checks color accuracy, drawing on 5 years of print experience.

Premium-quality material:

Timeline: 2–4 business days.

Step 7 — Delivery (outside UAE)

Delivery: from 4 business days up to 2 weeks (usually).

Serious delays are rare — about once in several dozen shipments.

Step 8 — Delivery and installation (Dubai)

An experienced team installs the wallpaper under Janara’s supervision.

Warranty

Any defect (extremely rare) is covered at our expense with highest priority.

Warranty includes:

• Re-installation

• Reprinting damaged panels

• Fixing any defects caused by installers

Timeline: 1 day (depends on area).

Final result

Total project duration: up to 3 weeks
from request to finished wall (standard pace).

The process can be accelerated to ~1.5–2 weeks
with express fee of approx. 1000 AED.

We handle projects of almost any size — from 1 m² to large commercial spaces.
For volumes over 25–30 m², timelines are coordinated with the factory in advance.

30–60 m² → 3–5 business days
60+ m² → factory schedule coordination (usually 5–7 business days)
