Exchange Policy

Items eligible for an exchange only if they meet the following conditions:

Notification via email to contacts@janarajones.com is required within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, specifying the reason for the exchange. All items must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Within 7 days of the notification, a return pick-up will be arranged.

Once the item(s) are received and inspected, and all conditions for an exchange are met, the exchange will be processed.

If the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or do not meet the requirements, the right to refuse the exchange is reserved. If the non-saleable item(s) are to be returned to the customer, the shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.

Please note that accessories and gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
